This saddle seems to be a mix of original and newer parts. The saddle’s brass seat size tag states 12 inches. This saddle was being used as Military decoration. Before riding again, have an experienced saddle maker check it for safety. It looks like it would need all new straps. It seems like a solid tree on this saddle. The leather is in poor condition considering it’s age. There are surface cracks throughout in the leather. There are a few scrapes & scratches from past usage.
