It is constructed on a sturdy rawhide wrapped fiberglass tree with multiple stainless steel d-rings for attaching training aids. Features cut-out fenders to allow for more flexibility through the rider’s leg and a generously padded suede seat for the ideal combination of balance, grip, and comfort. Complete with in-skirt rigging, smooth horn and cantle, double-stitched skirt, Tough1 quick change stirrup buckles, and leather wrapped stirrups. Used Roughout Training Saddle = 17 Equitation Seat – FQHB. Up for sale is a used roughout training saddle with an equitation seat with full quarter horse bars and 17 seat. This was my training and “everyday” saddle for about a year and has a wide enough gullet to fit a wide variety of horses. This is a used saddle from the early 2000s or slightly later, and I used for one year. It\s double skirted and has blevins style quick change buckles and the original sheepskin intact and in great condition. Plenty of room in the stirrup leathers (which have had extra holes punched in them), and can be used by riders from 5’2 up to 6′. It’s been keep indoors. Padded saddle carrier included. If anyone can decipher the maker\s name, can you let me know? The details are are follows. But I’ve forgotten the maker. Like new, unused by me, but bought from another person a while ago. She didn’t have any information on it, but it is very comfortable and good for a new rider, beginner, or something to just have an extra of! It is not a name brand saddle, I don’t believe, but it’s very nice and definitely rideable! I just never rode in it since my trainer had me ride in hers!
