Fenders have Belvin buckles, latigo straps for tying off saddle bags, rear cinch leathers (rear cinch not included) & nylon latigo/off billet. Could use a good oiling to soften the leather.

This 15 Big Horn 502 Codura is one of the lightest saddles on the market, this Big Horn Suede Trail Saddle weighs in at a mere 15lb. Quilted roughout suede covers the seat, jockeys, front, cantle, and horn. Cordura nylon skirt and fenders are quilted for added durability. Built on Big Horn’s Medium Plus quarter horse bars and outfitted with a 7/8 position single front stainless steel dee rigging. Other features include a 13″ barrel front, short 25″ rounded skirt, and Ralide with laced suede cushioned stirrups. Made in the USA. Tree: Steele Equi-Fit Classic 13 barrel front Semi or Full QH Bars Rigging: 7/8 position single front stainless steel dee. Seat: Padded suede seat and jockeys. Thank you for your interest in my item. Might not be the prettiest, but isn’t expensive and does its job well. The way I measure seat size is from the front of the back of the swell (closer to the horn to keep the line level), across the seat to the seam. I have noticed that some companies measure differently. Circle Y seems to perhaps use a measurement from horn to cantle seam, which could add another inch to the measurement I provided for seat size. I have broken down to clean, oil, and condition these saddles. I have quite a few saddles, so I’m not going to weigh them. The average western saddle weighs 25-60lbs. I’m just going to use 40lbs on all of them, but it is not the actual weight [unless it happens to be accurate by chance]. I do NOT return items for “buyers remorse”. That is, if you just decide that you shouldn’t have bought the item.
