AL Furstow Vintage/Collector #23 13 Hard Slick Seat With Attached Saddle Bags

Available is a 13 Al Furstnow #236 western slick seat roping saddle of Miles City, Montana. You can see the Al Furstnow Saddlery Miles City, Montana stamp very clear on the back of the seat (see photos) but the one on top of the seat is very hard to see in photos but in person, it can be seen. This saddle is used and has had some repairs/modifications (see photos), the horn on this saddle has been replaced, the skirt has been restitched in places. The rear leather conchos have been replaced with silver star engraved conchos. And the fenders we believe are not original to the saddle. The fleece on this saddle looks to be original fleece and is in pretty good shape with only a few areas in the front that the hair has been worn away. This saddle has a unique shell stamped tooling that Al Furstnow was know for and also has a very pretty floral tooled leather saddle bags that are attached to the saddle. This saddle has been carefully cleaned and conditioned and is ready to grace the living space of that old western collector. Tree: Rawhide Covered Wood Tree Reg Bar.
