Washed, cleaned, oiled, and conditioned. Some scuffs, stains, marks, and scratches from general use and age. One closed tear in the top of the seat glued down from the inside with Barge cement. See spot marked with the ruler on the back of the seat. New synthetic stirrup leathers, latigo, and off billet, and synthetic string front girth. New leather stirrup hobbles.
