S149Y, Out of Scottsbluff, NE, heavily silver mounted with exquisite engravings and inlays. Fine leather tooling and gem mounted conchas. Comes with like decorated crupper, finely made stirrups and lined with sheep’s wool. True work of western art. Also has some settings in semi precious stones, marked HEREFORD TEXAS TAN OF YOAKUM. In nearly new condition, these rare and expensive show saddles are only used during important events and ceremonies. A rancher of note is expected to saddle his best horse with the best saddle he can obtain. Here is your chance to have one at a fraction of the price they lavish on them out west.
