Simco 7420 Western Saddle 16 Seat Show Walnut Arabian Round Skirt USA Made
This is a vintage Simco 7420 Western saddle with a 16 seat, built in the USA and known for its quality craftsmanship. The 7420 model features a Ralide® tree, 7/8 in-skirt rigging with stainless “C” plates, Arabian-round skirts, a 3″ Cheyenne-roll cantle, and a 3″ leather-covered horn. It has a smooth show walnut finish with engraved silver conchos and classic western styling. The saddle is structurally sound and ready for use, but it does show normal signs of age and use. The horn has stitching that is coming loose and will need repair or restoration (please see photos for details). Additionally, the saddle could benefit from a deeper cleaning in the inside flaps and crevices. I have leather-conditioned the easily accessible areas so the leather remains soft and supple, but a full cleaning will bring out even more of its beauty. Seat Size: 16. Tree: Ralide® bars.
