A used older 16 brown leather Original Dixie roper saddle with rawhide. The saddle is in good shape for it age. The keeper just has 16. The tree is tight and the fleece is fine. This is one of the older original Dixie ropers. It is tied in the front and back of the saddle. The saddle has rawhide on the pommel and back of the seat. The saddle measures 16 to the sewing and sits like a 15 1/2 seat. It also has a leather big roping stirrups and leather rear off billets. It has a 6 1/2 gullet and SQHB. 14 1/2 Western Saddle w Basketweave Tooling and Rawhide Laced Cantle

Barrel or trail saddle. This saddle has definately been used but it’s still sound and great for someone just starting out or even for breaking young horses. It has a 7″ full quarter horse bar gullet and a short 22″ skirt. Great for the short backed and smaller horses. It has 5 wide turned stirrups and blevins buckles for stirrup length adjustment. The horn has some damage on it. It’s not broken, some of the rawhide is coming off it. Also it’s missing two conchos on the left side. This saddle has a lot of use left in it. BEAUTIFUL Circle Y Saddle 16 Tooled Leather Rawhide Trim Horse Tack

Very nice Circle Y marked western saddle. Seat measured from back of pommel to cantle edge is 16 (where the stitching is from seat to leather back). Gullet measured at the concho to concho level 6 3/4. Skirt measured front to back 26. Leather is thick and supple. Medium oil in color. Underside is in really nice condition. Rawhide trim around horn. Seat is smooth padded. As you can see in pictures there is some water type spotting on top skirt/jockeys. Numbers on the metal plate are 2406 10 87 on the top line. Second row reads 14 park and trail. I will be listing his items over the next couple of months. View all pictures as they are part of my description.
