Here are the saddle particulars. 15 padded suede leather seat measured from front of seat to Cheyenne roll. Silver laced pommel and cantle. Silver conchos, skirt plates, and horn cap. Stainless steel in-skirt front rigging. Ralide tree with 7. Gullet /Full QH bars. 2.5 wide leather stirrup straps. Blevins buckle stirrup adjustment. Weighs approx 27 lbs as pictured. This “Sharon Saare” saddle is perfect for Western Dressage as you can feel your horse under you and your horse can easily feel your leg and seat cues. It is ideal for trail riding due to a comfortable, deep seat and center-fired rigging holds the saddle on your horse well for the mountains. Fenders feel comfortable, in a balanced seat position. Sharon Saare trail saddle with horn made this year by saddle craftsman, Randy Aldrich. 16″ seat with a D Tree and “G rise. A narrow twist to fit a woman’s body. Geometric stamp with wild rose accents. Mid sized, split skirt. Quick change stirrups for different leg lengths (I’m 5’4 and there are plenty of holes to lengthen). Dark brown, contrasting padded seat with a 4 cantle for a secure seat. This saddle was designed for rugged trail riding with Center rigging. The saddle is made for mountainous trails and I call it a modified western (it is not an endurance style). The saddle weighs about 34 pounds due to the amount/quality of the tooled leather. The length of the saddle is 25, from the front of the skirt to the back of the split skirt. You are purchasing a beautiful saddle, in superb condition (and not in use), that will last a lifetime. It would look gorgeous in the show ring. This was to be my “dream saddle”, but I decided I need a smaller seat. I can’t risk any damage to this gorgeous saddle.
