A good used 15 Hereford Tex Tan brown leather roping saddle with tooling and white buck stitch. The saddle is older and well taken care of. It is stamped on both fenders Hereford Tex Tan of Yoakum. The saddle has tooling all over the saddle even the rear off billets are and stirrups are tooled. Then it has white buck stitch around the front and back of the saddle. The back of the seat also has white buck stitch. The saddle measures 15″ to the sewing but sits like a 14 1/2″ seat. The saddle is in real good shape except 1 place. The right front dee is missing and pictured. The tree is tight and the fleece is fine. Then it is stamped on the left stirrup leather 1193I 94-99571. It has a 6 1/2 gullet and SQHB. Tucker Classic Western Saddle with bonus Saddle Bags. This was kept inside and not used much over the years, so it is in great shape. The seat is gel-cush and comfy! The distance on the seat from the back of pommel to the top of cantle is 17 seat. The distance in the front of the tree is 6 making it a medium width tree. They have thick sponge rubber footing and are 5 wide. They do not turn in when riding because of the metal mechanism added, and make it easy to keep your foot straight in the saddle so your knees don’t hurt. The rigging on this saddle is not your standard rigging, it is called EBR Double tie angled rear dee. See the photo in the description that describes this. I will also throw in an extra new leather strap for the rigging and a 32 cinch that will work with the saddle. On the rear, you will find the little blemish area where I removed a nameplate. You can put your own there! It was just nail tapped in. This is a quality made saddle in the early years that Tucker produced them 20 years ago – when they paid special attention to each one. Leather is thick on both saddle and the bag. Hardware is actual brass. Under saddle is made of felt and is still in great looking shape. The saddle weighs 30 lbs.
