This is a solid heavy work saddle. The leather is in fair condition considering it’s age. There are surface cracks through out. There are a scrapes & scratches from use, check photo on rolls. The right cinch ring has been replaced with a horse shoe. The saddle has been recently oiled with NEATSFOOT OIL. This saddle is rideable as is, but before roping the big ones, it should be looked over to beef up the repairs made.
