We made a few too many 15. Attention to all my valued customers……… I just got this message from a regular customer; Rich… A friend was looking for a saddle like my Lewisburg that got stolen last year. She wanted to surprise me for my birthday. The one she got for me looked identical but, “IT WAS NOT ONE OF YOURS” I thanked her and asked her to return it. It sat so wonky on my guy that it would have sored him before we left the barn. Make sure it say TN SADDLERY or its not the real thing. Quilted Gaited Endurance Saddle. TN Saddle “Trail Rider”. 6 3/4Flared gullet especially for gaited horses. Our tree works well on short back horses also. Great fit and great contact. This is the best leather we have ever obtained for this saddle. Leather with nylon reinforced stirrup/fender straps. Prevents holes from stretching. High density foam padded leather seat. Cheyenne cantle roll (great when you need to grab onto something). Now include 3/8 foam pad between the fleece and tree for extra comfort for your horse. It is entire under side of saddle……… The full size of fleece. Matching leather tooled and covered stirrups, with padded foot rest. Angled rear D’s for “cross fire rigging”. Double ply girth straps for extra strength and wear. Double girth D for full, 7/8 and 3/4. 5/8 optional if you use cross fire rigging. Lots of choices with this rigging. We use quality leather. If you are not familiar with the term “full grain”…….. Its the best quality surface finish of leather available. Not filled, not shaved, not sanded… Chosen for its smooth natural quality. I have include a picture of the underside of this saddle. Every once in a while, someone has a horse with a very prominent back bone. This saddle has quite a bit of clearance at the spine. We also carry a correction pad for that problem if necessary. This saddle is supplied with 2 double ply girth straps for cross fire rigging. If you prefer regular rigging. TN Saddlery uses only full grain leather to make our saddles. Leather refers to natural hides that have not been sanded, buffed, or coated (as opposed to top-grain or corrected leather) to remove imperfections (or natural marks) on the surface of the hide. The grain remains allowing the fiber strength and durability. The Full grain also has breath-ability, resulting in a less stiff and supple leather. Rather than wearing out, it will develop a patina. Rider Endurance saddle- with bridle, breastcollar and pad- pckg deal

The Rider endurance saddle – by Easy Rider saddle company in AL. Saddle is used and shows wear from regular use, but still in good shape and trail worthy. Tree is solid as is the rigging, – fenders show some wear- see pics- topside in my opinion should be riveted instead of tied- like the factory sent it out – just my opinion – but would be a quick fix if you are handy. They do work just fine the way they are. Half seat shows wear from use- but still sticky suede. Overall leather is soft- but, as stated fenders show some crinkle from sweaty horse, and use. Tory leather off billet and latigo leather tie strap look to be in good shape. See photos – for underside of stirrup leather has some cracking on top- does not go all the way through the leather. Saddle could use some new strings-but does have multiple rings for your gear.. It is lightweight and a handy comfy trail saddle. Underside fleece looks good. Package deal comes with a buckle end leather hackamore bridle- bit is leather covered and nice one- with aluminum shanks. Leather matching split reins are soft and supple and have quick change ends. Breastcollar- appears to be good quality and is a little darker than the rest of the gear, but soft and supple- Also here is a nice neoprene western girth in a size 30 and a USA made wool felt backed pad with Aztec design and wear leathers. Nice little outfit for someone wanting to start endurance riding or just a nice trail saddle for someone not wanting to spend a fortune.
