Rough out fenders are accented with dark chocolate barbed wire tooled inlay and silver studs. Skirts are accented with teal crystal rhinestone rosette conchos. Saddle comes complete with front D rings, leather latigo and off billet. Matching chocolate leather headstall features teal filigree print inlay on breast collar and cheeks with studs. Gorgeous vintage Circle Y 15 -15 1/2 Handmade Arabian Saddle with Silver Ferruled Headstall, Rommel Reins, and Breast Collar Set. This is a gorgeous matched show set for your Arabians, Morgans, or other similarly built horses. Round 26 skirt with 3 way in-skirt rigging and slots for a rear cinch if desired (one slot is not punched out). Seat is padded suede 15-15 1/2 and shows normal wear from use. Gullet is nearly 7 1/2 with Arabian Bars (see picture). Hand tooled dark oil finish with an acorn and oak leave pattern. Matching stirrups with pre-turned stirrup leathers and Blevins buckles. Silver laced skirt, cantle, and pommel. Silver conchos and silver horn cap stamped Alpaca Mexico is on the back of the ones we removed. Breast collar dee rings. No off billet or cinch. Fleece is in very good condition. Serial number is #1100039101 Equitation. Includes silver barrel ferruled Circle Y stamped headstall with rolled leather, Circle Y stamped Rommel reins, and Circle Y stamped breast collar. All pieces are in very good condition. Buckles are stamped Alpaca Mexico. Saddle alone weighs 33 lbs. This is a very nice gently used vintage silver show set that was used on Arabs and Morgans. Normal signs of use and in very good condition overall. I will not break up the set! I do have lots of pictures of this set so contact me if you need anything specific. Saddle set was just professionally dyed black along with the two headstalls and all of the silver removed and steam cleaned and polished. This set is just stunning. The silver had a black back ground and it did not show well so we stripped it and made it look unique in Copper and brass and dyed it all black and the set is just amazing.. Made by Longhorn, this saddle has a slick seat with partial basket weave tooling on skirts, fenders and pommel/jockeys. Skirts and fenders are bordered with silver diamond studs. It has 4 sets of rear saddle strings, metal oxbow stirrups, and attached saddle bags. It comes with a matching browband headstall with a caveson/noseband, split reins, and a shanked snaffle bit. Also comes with a matching canteen. This saddle is in fair to good condition. Shows signs of wear and age. Fleece lining is in decent shape with one spot approx. 2 under the right fender that is worn thin and separated from skirt. Stirrup leathers appear to be sound. No known or obvious issues affecting the structural soundness of the saddle. Please inspect all photos carefully and ask questions if anything is unclear. Seat: 16 slick seat.
