I HAVE FOR SALE. NEW DAKOTA BARREL RACING SADDLE. It is new as I only tried it on a couple horses and it is too narrow for my fat mares. It does have a few marks on it from going out on trials from the consignment store I had it at. I’m not an expert so please look closely at all the pictures as they are a big part of the description. What you see is what you get. Pictures show the gullet and tree widths… And gullet measurements I would say this has quarter horse bars with a flared barrel front gullet. Gullet measures 7.5 inches between the conchos. The seat cantle height measures 4″ to the rear skirting and measures 5″ to the lowest part of the seat pocket. Here are the saddle particulars. 14″ padded suede leather seat (measured from front of seat to Cheyenne roll/ 14.5″ if measured from base of horn). Basket stamped leather skirts and pommel. Roughout leather jockeys and fenders to help keep the rider in place. Rawhide wrapped horn and cantle. In skirt front rigging. 7.25 gullet / Full QH bars. 1.75 wide leather stirrup straps. Hook style quick change buckle stirrup adjustments. Weighs approx 23 lbs as pictured. Comes as pictured with tie straps, but no girth.
