Basket weave- Simco barrel saddle- with extras included! – seat is 16″ pommel to the seat seam- gullet is 6 1/2″ probably semi QH bars- and skirts are 22.5 long- Basket stamped all over- Saddle tree and horn are tight and strong- Inskirt rigging is tight- dee rings on back of saddle have some rust. Overall leather is good- could be softer- but I see no major damage- worst things I see are ties on back skirts – a couple have been torn- Saddle has plenty on though and is not pulling apart- at some point these will need redone. They used the cheaper conchos on this one- and as you can see the front ones are bent – see pics. This is an easy fix with a new set of your choice. Suede is worn in spots as you can see. The decorative leather on the fenders is starting to come unstitched- you can restitch or just remove it entirely- Underside is stained in spots- but still pretty full and looks tight. Cantle has some good dings. Most of the stuff is just cosmetic- and saddle is well worthy to chase the can in- just not pretty and new. Still rides like a quality Simco saddle, comes with a set of rawhide wrapped Oxbow stirrups- heavyweight- not cheap- they are in fairly good condition-a little dry but solid. Leather latigo and off billet are solid and ride worthy, New stirrup hobbles on and comes with a Weaver leather neoprene girth and a new without tags purple fleece barrel pad. Nice contesting saddle for the budget minded person- Still a quality saddle for a bargain! Check the other listings for more! Thank you for looking!
