This is a very cute, vintage Hereford Tex Tan saddle. It has beautiful floral tooling, which was all done by hand back in the day. Comes with the original back cinch, Latigo and off billet and original conchos. I have done some light trail riding in this saddle for the past couple of years. It is comfortable, with a nice supportive seat. The leather is still in very good condition. The tree is sturdy, sound and straight. The fleece is worn a bit with age but still good. PLEASE SEE ALL PICTURES FOR MORE DETAILED CONDITION. The seat measures 16″, and concho-concho gullet width is 7″. It’s definitely a vintage well-made saddle but has lots of life left! Refurbished and fully cleaned big horn western saddle. New saddle string and stirrup keepers and girth holder. There is a hole on the bottom of the one stirrup tread but is only cosmetic these are also not the original stirrups. There are some holes were silver was added on the skirts but was not done well so i removed those, holes are not very noticeable but they are there. There is also some visible glue residue on the cantle binding again is only cosmetic and should wear off with use. Tree and fleece are solid.
