Antique Mexican-style tooled dark leather Victorian sidesaddle. From my research online I believe this saddle is from Jeremiah Whitson, but I there is no label. Saddle measures approximately 27″ in length and 17″ wide. Saddle shows some obvious wear from age with some cracks and tears in the leather. Velvet has mostly been worn off from the seat and tooling is faded, but piece looks great. All items are described to the best of my knowledge, if any item is not as I have described, please. Custom made Jeremiah Watt saddle. 16″ seat, 6″ gullet, semi quarter horse bars. Round skirt style, dally post horn with wrap, bucking rolls, 3″ cantle, small cheyenne roll with rawhide trim, silver horn cap, 1 x 3″ diamond ornament on cantle. Brass buckles and D rings, 8 strings, brass bound bell stirrups with leather treads, blevins buckles, sheepskin intact. 3/4 single rigging, new latigo strap, oak leaf and acorn tooling. This saddle is not only beautiful but comfortable. Get noticed in this saddle!! The wait time for a new JW saddle is 3 yrs!
