Crates Endurance Saddle, 16 seat, BEAUTIFUL!!! . This is a QUALITY older saddle, back when saddles were made of nice leather and lasted! It has been impeccably cared for, and because of the quality and care, I will remain firm on the price. You can rarely find saddles like this anymore. It is comfortable, has fit a wide variety of horses, and will make your horse look good wearing it!! It has custom conchos, long latigo ties for gear, coachman and footman loops front and rear, stirrups do not fight you, they hang perfectly. The stirrups are aluminum with leather wrap on the footbed. Fleece on the bottom is perfect. It has a set of bucking rolls that I put on it to keep my old body in the saddle if need be. If you truly know saddles, you know this one is well worth it! This saddle has been used on quarter horses, TWH’s, Kentucky Mountain horses….. Each horse has it’s own conformation….. True that Arab saddles are shorter, however there are so many short-backed horses nowadays, you cannot limit this saddle to simply Arab’s. I have owned a number of Crates saddles over the years, and they have all fit a variety of horses, and were not “breed specific”. I currently have a very large TWH that takes a wide saddle….. And this saddle does not fit him. I do not expect you to ride in it for two weeks and then want to return it.
